We ask any family requesting assistance for Christmas to have their information submitted by November 23, 2025. If you are trying to submit a form after that date please call 937-663-4335 and speak with someone, or leave a message if no one answers. Pick up for gifts will take place on December 20, 2025 at the Sacred Heart Fellowship Hall at 121 East Walnut Street in the morning. It is IMPORTANT that you show up or provide accurate phone numbers so a volunteer can contact you if you do not show up to make arrangements to pick up your gifts. We do not respond to forms unless there is an issue or need more information. 

For those helping to make Christmas happen for a Graham community member we will try to get information to you before Thanksgiving. Please call 937-663-4335 if you fill out a form and no one contacts you by December 1st.  Gifts are due back to FBC St. Paris by December 16, 2025.
